Please pray....

I just received word that my friend Carrie (a CCAI WC mom) suffered the most horrendous loss yesterday. Her beautiful little girl from China passed away after an accident at home. I don't know much more than that but this news has rocked my world.

Please be thankful for the time you have with your precious family. You never know when that may be snatched away from you.

Keep Carrie, her husband, three children, and extended family in your prayers. Especially pray for her sweet MJ.

Thank you.

I am at a total loss as to why this happened. I am heartbroken for Carrie and her family. I know that MJ is in a good place waiting with God for her family one day, so we will pray that Carrie and her family can slowly learn this new heartbreaking way of life.

Hi
I am so sorry to hear about your friend and her child. That rocks me to the core having to say goodbye to my oldest nearly 3 years ago. I am so sorry...

Kristen,
We will be praying here. I can't fathom that kind of loss. I do know that God will extend to her and family His peace.

I haven't been able to stop thinking about Carrie and MJ since I heard the news this morning. It's difficult to even wrap your mind around it. I also read Darlene's post, which was a beautiful tribute to a beautiful little girl.

Hi Kristin,
I heard about this terrible accident in another post. Only your blog depicted the photo of that beautiful child and mother, so I had to comment and express my sympathy for your friend's child.

I have worked as an ER trauma nurse for over 2 decades and it was always the most innocent of victims, the children that would tear at my heart. I have to say there is one more bright star shining in the heavens now and that MJ will always be young and beautiful. These may just be words for a young mothers' grief, but somehow I always thought the world was made better by the presence of MJ and other children.
Please convey my deepest sympathy to this family. I will pray for them and Mj.
Thanks for such a touching post.
